Portrait d’un pavillon

Due to cubic rot in the con­struc­tion, we were forced to make a demoli­tion and recon­struc­tion of the old Lausanne lake shore pavil­ions. Phoenix wise, like the japan­ese temples per­sist, on the base of what was left over of the exist­ing pavil­ions and some ori­gin­al plans of 1915, we recre­ated the little wooden huts. We tried to stick minutely on the authen­t­ic but some fine adjust­ments to our time and use res­ul­ted in tiny vari­ations of the same.
